Passport Points can be transferred to a growing list of airline and hotel loyalty programmes. Transfer rates and partner availability vary by region — your account region determines which partners are available to you.

How long does a transfer take?
Most transfers are instant. Some partners take up to 72 hours depending on their processing windows.
My points were deducted but did not arrive at the partner. What now?
Contact Support with your Passport transaction ID and partner account details. We will work with our fulfilment partner to reconcile.
The partner I want is not in my list. Why?
Partner availability depends on your account region. If you believe a partner should be available but is not, contact Support.
Can I cancel a transfer?
No. Once confirmed, transfers cannot be cancelled or reversed. Verify your partner ID and amount before confirming.
Why did my transfer fail?
The most common reason is a name mismatch between your Passport account and the partner loyalty account. Confirm both names match exactly (including middle names) and try again.
Can I transfer points to someone else's loyalty account?
No. The name on the partner loyalty account must match your Passport account name.
