- Click Purchase Points to confirm your transaction. Your new points are added instantly to your balance, ready to transfer.

Your first transaction will take up to 24hours. After that, Top-Ups are credited instantly. In some cases, it may take up to 10 minutes.

Yes. Top-Up Points behave exactly like regular earned Passport Points and can be transferred to our global airline and hotel partners right away.
Are Top-Up purchases refundable?

No. All Top-Up purchases are final once payment is confirmed.
Can I make more than one Top-Up?

Yes — there’s no limit to how many Top-Ups you can make, as long as each is within the 10,000–200,000 point range.

If your payment has been processed but your points haven’t appeared:
- Wait up to 10 minutes
- Refresh your Passport dashboard
- Check your payment confirmation email
If the points still haven’t arrived after 24 hours, contact Passport Support.

No — you can top up at any time, regardless of how many points you currently have.

No. Once added to your balance, your Top-Up Points can be transferred to partners at no additional Passport fee (some partners may have their own redemption rules).
