Set up your account in 4 steps

  1. Create your account. Visit passport.travel and click Sign Up. Enter your email and create a password (minimum 8 characters with a number and a symbol).
  2. Verify your email. Open the confirmation email we send and click the verification link. If you do not see it within a few minutes, check your spam folder.
  3. Complete your profile. Enter your full name (this must match your airline and hotel loyalty accounts for future point transfers), country, and contact details.
  4. Start earning. Install the Points Alert browser extension and shop with any Passport partner. Your first tracked purchase unlocks the 500 signup bonus.

How to unlock your 500 bonus points

The 500-point signup bonus is earned by completing your first tracked purchase with a Passport partner. To make sure your purchase tracks:

  1. Sign up and verify your email.
  2. Install the Points Alert browser extension (or shop via partner links on the Passport website).
  3. Be signed in to your Passport account when shopping.
  4. Complete a purchase with any eligible partner — no minimum spend required.

The 500 points are credited automatically once the partner confirms the transaction (usually 7–30 days). The bonus is limited to one per member.

Is signing up free?

Yes. The Silver tier is free to join with no recurring charges. Gold and Platinum are optional paid upgrades.

When will my 500 bonus points appear?

After your first tracked partner purchase is confirmed by the partner. This usually takes 7–30 days, depending on the partner's reporting window.

Do I need the browser extension to earn the bonus?

The extension is the easiest way to ensure your purchase tracks. You can also shop directly via partner links on the Passport website.

What if my first purchase does not track?

If your first purchase does not track correctly, the bonus will not trigger. Contact Support with your purchase date and partner name and we will investigate.

I did not receive the verification email.

Check your spam or junk folder, add [email protected] to your safe senders list, and try requesting a new verification email from the sign-in page. If it still does not arrive, contact Support.

Can I have more than one Passport account?

No. Each member is limited to one account. Multiple accounts are not eligible for referral or signup bonuses.
