How earning works
Passport Points are earned when you make a qualifying purchase through a Passport partner and the transaction is tracked back to your account. Points are credited after the partner confirms the transaction, usually 7–30 days later. Points have no expiry.

Retail and travel partner points are credited 7–30 days after the partner confirms your transaction. Accelerator and Top-Up points are credited instantly.

Common reasons: the extension was not activated before checkout, you were not signed in to Passport, an ad-blocker blocked the tracking link, or you used a coupon code that invalidated tracking. See Troubleshooting.

Confirm the referred friend signed up via your link, verified their email, and earned at least 1,000 points from eligible partners. Allow 7–10 business days after they hit the threshold.

No. Only points earned from eligible partner transactions count toward the Accelerator.
