Where to find your benefits

Your active benefits are listed under Travel Club. Click any benefit to access redemption details, discount codes, or partner links. Some benefits are limited to specific regions — region restrictions are noted on each benefit card.

Hotel discounts (Little Emperors)

Go to Benefits → Hotels and browse Little Emperors properties via the Passport integration. Discounts and tier access are applied automatically based on your membership tier. Silver members receive a 10% membership discount; Gold members get Travel Tier access; Platinum members get Dynasty Tier access.

BOGOHO Cruise Certificates

Complimentary certificates (Gold receives 1/year, Platinum receives 2/year) are auto-issued at the start of your annual membership cycle. Silver members can purchase certificates at member pricing.

To redeem: go to Benefits → BOGOHO, choose an eligible sailing, and follow the redemption link. Terms vary by sailing.

PressReader

Activate via the PressReader card in Travel Club. Gold and Platinum members receive an access code that activates a yearly subscription tied to your membership. Silver members receive a 15% discount link.

Once activated, your PressReader account stays linked for the duration of your membership year — you do not need a new code each time.

Other partner discounts (Dell, SIXT, InsureandGo, EVA Air, Marhaba)

Open the relevant partner card from Travel Club and click through to the partner site. Discounts are applied either automatically at checkout (most partners) or via a discount code shown on the partner page (Dell).

Some partners are region-restricted: SIXT, InsureandGo, EVA Air, and Marhaba are AU only.

Paid add-ons (AirMed, Priority Pass)

Add-ons are optional purchases available to members of any tier at the same price:

Priority Pass Lounge Access — AU$449 / US$299 per year
AirMed + Priority Pass Bundle — AU$599 / US$369 per year

To purchase: go to Membership → Add-ons, choose an add-on, and complete payment. Activation details arrive by email within 1–2 business days. Add-ons follow a 12-month cycle from purchase date.

Benefits FAQs

Why is a benefit marked "AU only"?

Some partner integrations are limited to Australia due to commercial agreements (SIXT, EVA Air, Marhaba, InsureandGo). Global benefits like PressReader, Dell, and Little Emperors are available in all regions.

My complimentary cruise certificate has not arrived. What should I do?

Complimentary BOGOHO certificates are issued at the start of your annual membership cycle. If you do not see your certificate within 7 days of your renewal date, contact Support.

Can I use partner benefits and earn points on the same purchase?

Yes, where applicable. Most partner discounts apply at checkout, and you can still earn Passport Points on top.

Are PressReader access codes single-use?

No. Once activated, the code links your PressReader account for the duration of your membership year. You do not need a new code each time.

Are paid add-ons refundable?

Add-on purchases are generally non-refundable once activated. Contact Support if you have a specific concern about activation.

When does my add-on subscription renew?

Add-ons renew 12 months from your purchase date. You will receive a reminder email before the next charge.

Can I gift an add-on to another member?

No. Add-ons are tied to the purchasing account and cannot be transferred or gifted.
