1. Reach the transfer threshold
To unlock point transfers, you’ll need a minimum balance of 1,500 Passport Points in your account.
Tip: Track your balance in your dashboard to see how close you are.
2. Choose your transfer partner
When you have at least 1,500 Passport Points, open your dashboard and click the Transfer Partners tab.
You’ll see a list of all available airline, hotel and travel loyalty programs to which you can move your Passport Points.
Note: You’ll only see partners that are currently available for transfer based on your location and Passport tier.
3. Link your loyalty account
In order to send your Passport Points to any nominated partner, you’ll need to link your Passport account to your airline or hotel loyalty account. This ensures a secure and verified connection for your points.
- Enter your loyalty account details
- Confirm your identity if prompted. Your name must match your full legal name as registered with the airline.
- Save it for quicker transfers next time
Tip: Save time by setting up your loyalty partner accounts in advance.
4. Pick how many points to transfer
Each partner program has its own transfer ratio, such as 1,000 Passport Points = 1,000 Flying Blue Miles.
We’ll show you exactly what you’ll get before you confirm the transfer.
Note: Transfers are usually processed within a few minutes, but can take up to 2 business days depending on the partner.
5. Confirm & track
Once you’ve checked that all the details are correct, hit the Confirm button and you’re done.
You can track the transfer status in your dashboard; you’ll also receive an email confirmation once the transfer is complete.
